John loved cats. Full stop.

John was integral to the beginnings of Karma Cat + Zen Dog Rescue Society, and an enthusiastic supporter and participant in Trap Neuter Return projects (TNR). One of his other joys in life was motorcycles, riding “Wild and Free”, just how he hoped to see all feral cats be able to live. At the end of his battle against cancer, one of John’s final wishes was to continue to help TNR of cats, making sure to keep programs like this active and expanding.

Now, the organization is proud to have the John N. Rogers Ball-less + Flawless TNR Fund to help give those scrappy cats he loved a chance at a better and healthier life. This fund will support individuals in the community looking for TNR assistance through surgeries, vaccinations and microchips. John will be smiling along with us every time we hear the snap of a trap; his memory will live on in every ear tip we see.
